1. General points

These purchase conditions govern the use of the web site “www.pymventaonline.com” owned by Palacios y Museos, S.L, with Tax Identification Number B-85810331, hereinafter “P&M”, intended for natural and legal persons (hereinafter “Client”).

All orders placed with P&M involve the compulsory and unreserved acceptance of the General Purchase Conditions of P&M in force, as an essential, decisive and indispensable condition, on the day that the corresponding order is made. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that by accepting these conditions, they are applied to the corresponding order, as well as any subsequent order, with the exception of cases in which new conditions are notified by P&M. If P&M does not apply any of these conditions at any given time, this may not be interpreted as or equate to a waiver of the right to apply them in the future or the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as any action arising as a result thereof will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are regulations of public order opposing them.

2. Prices

Prices published on www.pymventaonline.com appear in Euros and are applicable unless a typing error has been made. All prices are inclusive of VAT on the day of the order and any change to the VAT rate will be applied with immediate effect to the prices of the products for sale on the web.

Offers on products for sale at www.pymventaonline.com will be displayed in the "Offers" section or will be highlighted on the product sheet and, unless otherwise indicated, they will be valid for as long as they appear on screen.

3. Method of payment

When placing an order, the client must use VISA to pay for the purchases made with P&M.

Any orders to be collected in store must also be paid when the online order is made.

4. Product

Offers presented by P&M are subject to availability. P&M reserves the right to change the selection of products.

Photographs, graphics and descriptions of products for sale serve only as a guide and do not oblige the seller P&M in any way.

5. Delivery

      1. Purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated during the order.

      2. In the event of physical in-store collection, the Client must present the order receipt and sign the statement of receipt.

      3. Failing this, the receipts will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Client when registering with P&M.

      4. Orders will not be taken or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

      5. However, any delay will not result in the order being cancelled or any compensation being received.

      6. An order is deemed to be delivered when the transport operator delivers the package or packages to the client and the delivery receipt slip is signed by the client. The client is responsible for checking the condition of the goods upon receipt and indicating any faults on the delivery receipt slip.

6. Return and cancellation policies

6.1 Return of goods

Our policy, in keeping with applicable regulations, is to grant the right to return any item purchased at P&M within a maximum of 7 days as of the date of receipt.

No explanation need be given and any item purchased at P&M, returned in its original packaging, sealed and fit for purpose will be accepted without any further formalities. The delivery cost is non-refundable and must always be met by the Client.

P&M undertakes to make the refund within a maximum of 30 days following receipt of the return.

If the item is being sent back because it is faulty or does not correspond to the order made, P&M will meet the return and new order costs. If the item is returned because it is not to the liking of the client, we will refund the amount butnot the delivery or return costs.

6.2 Cancelling an order

If the order is cancelled before the goods are delivered, the Client will incur no cost. If it is cancelled after the order is delivered, the Client must meet the delivery and return costs of this order.
