1 User registration

Active and intuitive navigation means that products can be viewed, selected and stored in the shopping basket. A summary of the basket may be viewed at all times on the right-hand side of the page and it appears in grey. But this means that you must be a registered user to complete the purchase process, whether this is done before or after. If the user chooses to change the required data, this process may be completed from the user account.

2 Selecting and adding the product to the "basket"

The product is displayed by a classification of categories or through the "search" option located next to the summary of the "basket". A summary of the selected products of interest to you will appear in both cases. Each product has a details button, and by clicking this button the product is selected so that the size selection, units, etc. are displayed according to the nature of the product and it can then be added to the "basket".

3 Validating the basket

You must be a registered user (see point 1). In this process, the payment terms are explained in detail, including the shipment costs, provided that the shipment is national (except for the Canary Islands), and the shipment address, which may be chosen from those registered by the user, or a new one.

4 Completing payment

Once the "basket" has been validated, payment will be referred to the virtual POS of BBVA which complies with all the E-commerce safety (SSL) regulations, as regards personal data.

5 Shipping process

Once the purchase has been completed, you will be notified of the status of the order by e-mail. Once the order departs the warehouse, it may not be cancelled, though it is possible to send it back after receipt. Any transport costs will be met by the Client unless otherwise stipulated by law. Once the order departs our warehouses, it will be delivered by the transport operator within 24-48 hours, except for weekends and bank holidays.

6 Receipt of the goods

In-store collection: Only when the customer has been notified by e-mail that his/her order is ready for collection in store may he go to collect it by presenting proof of purchase or notice of arrival. Delivery to an address: Via the courier service contracted by P&M to the indicated address.

The courier delivery costs are not included in the price of the items. They are outlined in the "shopping basket" before the order is formally completed.

Orders collected at the Palau de la Música Catalana store do not include shipping costs. They may be collected during store hours, from Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 9.30pm, once that confirmation has been received that it is ready to be collected at that point of sale.
